Data collected and purposes

1. Booking an appointment (free audit): when you book a slot through our online calendar (Calendly), we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and company name, in order to arrange and prepare the conversation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

2. Callback request: when you ask to be called back, we collect your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your trade, for the sole purpose of calling you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Email contact: when you write to us, we process the data you send in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Loss calculator: the values you enter are computed in your browser. They are never sent to a server, never stored, and no email address is required to see the result.

5. Audience measurement: we use a privacy-friendly analytics solution (Vercel Analytics), with no cookies and no individual tracking: the data is aggregated and anonymous. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

6. Business-to-business outreach (information under article 14 GDPR): we may collect, from publicly available sources (company websites, professional directories, Google Maps listings), the professional contact details of company owners or managers (company name, professional email address, professional phone number, town, activity) in order to present services directly related to their line of business. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on B2B outreach. Every message carries an unsubscribe link; any objection is applied immediately and permanently.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by Digital Evolution and by its technical suppliers, acting as processors:

— Vercel: website hosting and audience measurement;

— Calendly: appointment booking;

— Supabase: database of requests and of the suppression list;

— Emelia: sending business-to-business outreach emails;

— Resend: sending transactional emails (confirmations, replies to your requests).

Some suppliers are located outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). We neither sell nor rent your data.

Retention periods

Appointment, callback and correspondence data: 3 years from the last contact.

Business-to-business outreach data: 3 years from the last contact without a reply from you, or until you object.

Suppression list (unsubscribed addresses): kept with no time limit, for the sole purpose of making sure you are never contacted again.

Audience measurement data: aggregated and anonymous, with no time limit.

Data relating to a contractual relationship: for the term of the contract, then for the applicable statutory retention periods.

Health data

In healthcare settings, our agents stay strictly on the administrative layer: contact details, the reason as stated by the patient, and the requested time slot. No health data is collected, transmitted or kept, and any clinical situation is passed immediately to a healthcare professional. We therefore host no health data and are not subject to French HDS certification.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@digital-evolution.fr. To stop receiving our messages, the site's unsubscribe page is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or, in the United Kingdom, the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no individual tracking. The embedded Calendly calendar may set its own technical cookies when you use it; see Calendly's privacy policy for more information.
